Flyer Specials

March 26

We deeply regret that we must temporarily postpone our flyer until further notice. We are open as an essential service, and here to serve you as always. We ask that you observe social distancing, so that we can keep you and our employees safe. More info on how to protect yourself and others is detailed below.

Please feel free to connect with us on Facebook, click here.

We have reduced store hours to allow extra time for sanitization, and to allow our staff much needed time to rest. These have been very busy days for us, and our team is putting in extra time and effort. We will evaluate our store hours on a day-to-day basis.

Our commitment to our customers during the COVID-19 outbreak:

We understand our role and need as a grocer and essential service to the residents of Ottawa. We chose to remain open during this difficult time, and are committed to offering a safe and calm shopping environment for all.

We are maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety throughout our store, our whole team’s mission is entirely about the safety of our shoppers.

We have installed Plexiglass safety shields in key positions in our store, and at cash the registers to minimize all human contact. We are only opening every alternative checkout to maximize distance between people. Our cashiers are wearing gloves, some have even committed to wearing masks.

We have added floor markers that suggest the recommended two metre safe distance required between people. Our staff will enforce this.

We are managing and limiting the number of customers in our store at any one time to prevent people from close proximity. Please, only one person per family to do shopping, and maintain 2 metres distance.

Our staff will be monitoring people within the store at all times. Please don’t be surprised if you are asked to wait outside of our store if it is at capacity when you stop in.

We ask that you do not handle products in the store, select your food visually before touching anything to place in your basket. And please, no hoarding, we are keeping our store well stocked, we have plenty inventory.

We have stepped up our cleaning and sanitation rituals in all areas. Our staff have been instructed on proper, regular hand washing and sanitizing measures.

We ask that you keep all payment transactions cashless. We encourage you to use debit, credit cards, or Apple Pay whenever possible.

Any of our staff who do not feel well are staying home. We ask our customers to please do the same.

We ask everyone to look out for those of us more vulnerable, including seniors and those with comprised health conditions. Perhaps you offer to shop for these people. We are all in this together, look out for your neighbours.

Finally, we wish to thank all our staff again for their extraordinary efforts. They are on the front lines in the face of an invisible enemy. We ask that shoppers follow our simple requests above to keep not only yourself and your loved ones safe, but to keep them safe too. Without them, we could not be here to serve.

It is our pleasure as always, to serve you. Stay safe, and stay healthy!
