What’s Caffe Trombetta?

🇮🇹 1890 Rome, Italy. Vittorio Trombetta decided to open his business in Via Marsala, near the Termini train Station. Caffe Trombetta is made exclusively of the finest Arabica beans, growing at altitudes over 900 meters. It’s caffeine content varies between 0.9% and 1.7% and ensures a very aromatic coffee, with a sweet full taste and pleasant acidic touch.

Robusta beans grow in lower plains with a tropical climate. It’s caffeine content varies between 1.6% and 2.8%. It’s a full bodied with a stronger flavour.

Caffè Trombetta immediately became known for its quality, becoming a stopping point for travelers arriving in Rome by train and also for those living in the Capital City.

Today, at the very same historic location, you can still have a taste of excellent espresso, or you can purchase the best coffee blends of Caffè Trombetta here at Farmer’s Pick to enjoy at home.

Meet our friend Titian. Titian loves coffee. A lot! ☕️

Titian’s coffee ritual is think coffee, try new coffees, shop for coffee, share coffee with friends, enjoy several cups of coffee daily and in his own words still “sleep like a newborn baby” at night. Repeat.

Above: Titian’s shopping cart. Titian clearly missed the produce aisle. Someone needs to talk to him about his coffee addiction. 😂
